Make sure that people aren’t running or acting dangerously. Ensure that nobody is running, walking down altogether vigorously.

Each computer is assigned one chair. No existing control measures

Make sure that people aren’t running or tuck the chairs under the tables so there is no risk. Be wary whilst in the room as the tables are at different angles all over the room
