SMART CLASS ROOM: MAKING A Difference with Multimedia

The Smart classroom program has been conceptualized bearing in mind the educational

setting of the future. The basic objective of the program is not to replace the teacher but

to entirely change the teacher’s role. A multimedia bearing engine ‘EVERONN’

empowers teachers and students a rich collection of new and interesting animations, fact,

diagrams, interaction with faculties thus making bearing a truly illuminating experience.

COMPUTER LAB : A way to rule the roost in CYBER AGE.

A well equipped computer laboratory having 24 computers with adequate nos. of

printers and internet facilities make the students of Jr. as well as Sr. Wing an easy

access to computers.

LANGUAGE LAB

For the first time language lab has been introduced in Una road Hoshairpur and above

all in our school to enhance the English and other subjects knowledge by listening with

earphone and visualizing on screen. The importance of International language i.e.

English could thus be taught to the students by providing them an environment where

they can learn the exact pronunciation of words and thus could enhance their

vocabulary knowledge about English language.

LUSH GREEN PLAY GROUNDS:

In a quest to develop happy, healthy true sportsmanship SSDPS Una road, Hoshairpur

recognizes the need to nurture talents of the students from early age. Students are inspired

to perform not only at school level but national and international level in various sports

activities along with their academics. To develop healthy spirit & well rounded children,

the facility provided at SSDPS Una road, Hoshairpur develops all facets of the

student’s personality. Professional Coaches are appointed for football, Volleyball, and

swimming.

SICK ROOM

We have a provision of sick room and services of well qualified doctor and nurse. A

regular medical checkup is done by the doctor. Also provision of counseling and guidance

has been provided by SSDPS Una road, Hoshiarpur for its adolescent students.

MATH GARDEN

We have started a math garden in our school. The school garden is designed with

mathematical shapes. Different mathematical shapes are used like triangle, pentagon,

hexagon, circle and semicircle. They are filled with different (flowers) plants. Some are

seasonal and some are evergreen flowers and plants.

❖ St. Soldier Divine Public School is situated on Una road Hoshiarpur. It is serving

the students from all the sections of society without any discrimination.

❖ Registered St. Sol. Educational Society controls the school. The school provides

education to the students from class 1st to senior Secondary.

❖ S. S.D.P. School was established in 1997. At present the school is providing

education to 1076 students. Humanities, Commerce and Science groups are being

run successfully by the school.

of modern amenities are being provided to the students for better performance.

❖ All the students of the school have been divided in four houses that are:-
