Hello My name is Jackie Josephs. This is presentation shows the results of a survey I asked my newsletter readers to take in.
I am currently work in the clothing business but am in the process of re training to work in the area of relaxation and stress management training.
A subject dear to my heart !
I am using my newsletter as a temporary substitute for a website.
This presentation was primarily intended for my readers to look at . But of course you are welcome to have a look too!
( Apologies if the presentation is a bit too long. This was my first attempt! Still learning!)

Over half the people who took the Stress Matters Survey chose Lie back and Do Nothing
That's a great choice!
Your body has a natural ability to relax which unfortunately in today's hectic world, gets overridden. When you lie back and do nothing as part of a regular relaxation routine, you give your body permission to start it's natural relaxation
process
Oasis of calm describes what you will experience when you take dedicated time out to relax,
unwind and be still

50% of those surveyed said they are stressed both in the home and at work.
25% said they are stressed at home only
The other 25% are stressed only at work
Half of those who took the survey loved what they do during the day but end up
feeling tired
