ConclusionsThe main problem areas & reasons for stress
Long Working HoursDue to the urgency of work and shortage of trained manpower employees are required to work extra hours to meet the specific targets .
Operational staff working in shifts is most affected as they have to some times report as early as 5 am and sometimes stay up to midnight to attend to flights.
Target Pressure:Operational staff they have tough target pressure to ensure that all services are facilitated safely and expeditiously .Any inadvertent lapse could lead to monetary loss as well as affect career progression .
Multitasking:Officials are assigned multiple like the ATCO who is also responsible RNFC billing and issue of security passes and Airside Driving Permits. This is a cause for stress.

Suggestions
If the employees are stressed there would be less productivity. Schemes may be devised to recognize and reward the talents of employees so that the employees are motivated and work to their full efficiency.
Employees should also be given other benefits such as loans for higher studies .
The organization should involve employees also in important decisions taken by the company .
