Says his name is Sky, but Scotty called him, suspect he is Steven Burns. The partner of the woman with Ronnie, but that was a sore subject. Says he's been RS for 10 years.

Assured us that she is sleeping out that she would be with Scotty, not found when checked at 1am. Has arrears fo £800 at LA Vic and has paid £239. Has been referred to HOS, she is nervous about the interview, advised to ask Betsy to advocate for her.

Out with Grant, explained that her and Grant have £100 arrears at LA Vic each because Grant was robbed over xmas. Advised to set up a repayment agreement with their keyworkers to avoid any talk of eviction.

Advised that there may be some vacancies coming up King Georges. Also told that he may have to go to the smu at LA Vic as that seems to be there current policy.

Told that he has and assessment with LA Vic SMU tomorrow at 2.45. He has been given a card to come in and see Tom at 2.30.

Says that he is alright. Says that he occasionally uses the DC. Is he the same Terry Wickens that is 65 on CHAIN. When I asked if he has worked with Pam or Louise he said yes.

Has had an assessment with Fed, but does not have benefits, has put a claim in and has worked in this country for some time so should be entitled.

Got angry with Louise and Steve today about not being seen out. Explained the allocation process and he seemed unhappy with the time that it would take.

Reitterated the message that he should come to the evening group and that he can bring Stix. He said he forgot.

Said he was told to caome to the Passage by St Mungos Streetlink, he was also told about WLDC but could not fing it and also did not know where the Passage was. He said his mind was gone. Also said that he has once been through detox. Had flat in Stockwell but lost it due to arrears by the sound of it.

Sid he had been kicked out of St Martins because he was drinking but only had a can in his bag. Appeared to have recently used heroin and was hard to understand. Invited to come to the evening group.

Just had a pipe. Talked about paying off her arrears at LA Vic of £180, told that she would have to pay off half before the hostel would have her back. She talked about coming in to the Passage for help with a crisis loan application. Does not want to go back into the smu, but told she would probably have to. She also wanted to be put referred to other hostels. Advised to see Louise. Said she will come in the morning and needs some clothes and would like to see Caroline.

Says that he is being served a NTQ for none payment of service charge, but this should be set up to be paid directly from his benefits and says that it has been deducted. Has a theory that it is still being paid to LA Vic, can a member of the days staff check this up.
