Details From the French West Indies, starting work tomorrow in Bristol so not planning ot be about. Wished him luck

Informed him I had made him a benefits appointment tomorrow. He didn't reckon he would be able to make it as he has to see his probation officer; also very sceptical of the possibility of obtaining new Portugese ID, unwilling to take my word for it. Then said he thought the best thing would be to return to Portugal. Stated that we would be able to help with this but he needed to consider his options. Invited to come and see me at the 5 - 7 group tomorrow to discuss it.
Just wandering down. Happy to see us, but not much news - felt the 5 - 7 group was at quite an inconvienient time for him as he made his money around that time. Wished him well.
In John Wheeler's usual doorway, but definitely not him. Bald, long - ish beard, hand in a plaster. Generally brief and uncommunicative, not wanting anything
Just talked about how he was getting on ok in King George's and his concerns about his forthcoming operation

Details Is receiving financial support to return to Sri Lanka. Reckoned he'd be leaving in about two weeks.
New client who was unaware of the day centre; has slept rough before but not round here. Directed to the day centre. Looking for work. Explained about ETE and encouraged him to link in to services
Unknown male, on our side of Knightsbridge. In his 60s, initially quite reluctant to talk, explained the Passage was evil and taken over by Poles, Outreach had treated him badly in the past, didn't like hostels. Started to talk a bit more, explained he'd recently abandoned some sort of accommodation (sounded a bit like supported housing), concerned about the impact this might have on his pension. Talked about heading back to the Midlands. After quite a long chat he said he might come and see us at the 5 - 7 group to discuss his situation in more detail. Acknowledged being unwell but unclear if he meant physically or mentally. Not easy to spot

Portugese client. Knew of the day centre - reckoned he'd be going to Somerset tomorrow as he had work and friends there who could help him
Friend of Olivier (see above), only no English. Unwilling to give name but situation similar, also leaving for work in Bristol tomorrow so didn't think he'd need a service
Assessment client, referred by Betsy. Had lent his bedding to Charity and was having a can of beer before bed. Philosophical about his situation. Told him we'd inform Betsy and he should keep linking in with her.
Back out of prison, back in the same boat as before, no script no benefits. Invited to 5 - 7 group so we could set up appointments with Dr Hickey (for script) and benefits. Said he thought that would be a good time for him and he'd try to make it.
Sitting down begging. Looking very gaunt. Feeling fed up, wanting detox and rehab, regreeting getting back on the gear. Encouraged to engage with Sam B and Caroline in the first instance. He said he'd met them a few times and would try to do this. Also invited to the 5 - 7 group to try and link him in a bit more. Explained that as he has a strong link to Westminster his chances of getting the funding were could, provided he could keep appointments. Encouraged to persist with it.
Discussed the situation with Seymour Place. Basically not prepared to be diverted, understood this would slow things up for him. Mentioned the 5 - 7 group - he said it was a really bad time for him and he'd rather come along during the day. Suggested he come along sometime 9 - 4 and go to the window and ask if Louise was available if that would suit him better

Wandering about looking pretty emaciated. Going through the bins. Stated he'd like a hostel, not really sleeping at night but doozing during the day in McDonalds. Encouraged to link back in with Francis and that'd we'd keep an eye out in the mean time.
Not much to say, seemed a bit shocked at being disturebed. Apologised and told him we were just checking up on him.
