Ford is one of those symbolic and great names of American industry. Founded by Henry Ford and credited

with introducing the assembly line system of 

manufacturing. - Ford brought in an outstanding leader 

Alan Mulally from aircraft makers Boeing. Mulally brought the ability to create a vision, lead change and

transformation and above all, enthusiasm. Mulally

 brought to the organisation a focussed strategy called

"One Ford"
