ABSTRACT
As the number of cases of COVID-19 increases, so does the associated anxiety. For the general
public, the mental health effects of COVID-19 are very essential to address because according to
study there is one in five who already has poor mental health conditions and the one in two who is at
risk of developing it during the pandemic. So, we need to take personal, professional, and policy
measures now to address them.
Objective
To raise awareness about potential stressors triggered during the pandemic among general
people.
To provide tools and strategies to help common people to deal with anxiety, demotivational
issues, depression and other potential stressors under the current pandemic.
To promote health and hygiene maintenance to fight against COVID 19.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Applications were invited from the students, faculty members, Research Scholars,
Industrialists, technical staffs, entrepreneurs, homemakers and any general people of entire north-east
irrespective of their ages. Registration link was shared along with the advertisement of the mentioned

The session
helped me a
lot as an
individual.
Both
mentally and
also
physically I
would really
follow
whatever i
learnt in the
whole
process as it
was an
splendid and
ofcourse
nifty
session.
Thankyou so
much for
giving us the
opportunity
of
participating
in it.
The entire
webinar gave us
utmost knowledge
and help. Since
during this time of
pandemic each
and everyone of
us were stressed
both physically
and mentally and
mostly mentally
so it gave us a lot
of knowledge and
help to how to
deal with it.
Thankyou so
much for
conducting such a
vital webinar.
Hope with coming
time we get more
like this.
