General Site Overview:
The Village of Hyannis is located in the central portion of Cape Cod and is one
of seven villages in the town of Barnstable, Hyannis is considered the
commercial and transportation hub of Cape Cod, busy year round. Hyannis is
situated about 15 miles east of the Cape Cod Canal in what is commonly
referred to as the Mid Cape area. Barnstable is comprised of seven villages,
Barnstable, West Barnstable, Marstons Mills, Osterville, Centerville, Cotuit and

Cod and is bordered by Cape Cod Bay on the north and Nantucket Sound on the
south, Sandwich and Mashpee on the west and Yarmouth on the east. Major
highways include U.S. Route 6 (the Mid-Cape Highway), Route 6A (King’s
Highway), Route 28, Route 132 (the north/south highway) and Route 149.
The immediate area surrounding our property is comprised of Southwind Plaza
(Home Depot, Old Navy), Bernie & Phyll’s Furniture, Cape Cod Mall (Macy’s,
Sears, Best Buy, Barns and Noble, etc. ), Festival Plaza (Shaw’s, Toys R Us,
