• Complete the Stakeholder Feedback Consensus Rating form individually– Review each section again and provide a rating score– Provide a summary rating that provides your “overall”
consensus on the strategic plan as a whole
• Share your ratings with others & discuss– Why did you rate the items the way you did?– Where the ratings consistent?– Share any other input you’d like the strategic planning
team to consider
