•  While it’s not a hard-and-fast rule, companies that offer more resources on their website tend to serve customers more effectively. The lack of resources on their site gives us pause to a certain extent. We’d like to see them offer more.!

What Others Resources Do They Offer?!•  They have an FAQ section that does a decent job of

helping to educate clients. In addition to answering questions about the company specifically, some of the questions include:!•  Can the IRS garnish my wages?!•  Can the IRS take everything I own?!•  Who qualifies for a loan modification?!•  What is a loan modification?!•  Can I file for bankruptcy and include back taxes?!•  What’s the difference between debt settlement and a

debt resolution?!•  What’s the difference between debt resolution and

bankruptcy?!•  What is a credit report?!•  And more!

What About the BBB?!

•  They have a profile on the Better Business Bureau Website, but they are not an accredited business. The lack of accreditation is not necessarily a bad thing. Many great businesses are not accredited.!

•  At the time of this writing they have an A Rating.!

•  They have not had any complaints logged against them on the site. “Length of time business has been operating” is the only thing counting against them on their profile. !

How Much Do They Charge?!

•  They are one of the more expensive service providers we have reviewed.!

•  While each situation is different, and it’s hard to nail down a specific price, we were told that $30,000 of debt would cost about $10,000 to settle. This is very expensive.!

•  Industry average for companies that charge using a similar model is around 18-25%. They are charging over 30%.!

Do They Offer a Money-Back Guarantee?!

•  No.!

•  While you can cancel at any time without any additional fees, you probably won’t get a refund for any fees paid for consolidation services.!

What Kind of Debt Do They Service?!

•  They only service unsecured loans, such as credit card debt.!

•  This is fairly regular in this industry. Most companies cannot, or will not, assist with secured debts. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing because secured debts require the backing of some type of asset. !

Are They Active on Any Social Networks?!

•  They have profiles on the following networks:!•  Facebook!•  Twitter!•  Google+!

•  They are not, however, very active on any of them. At the time this was created it has been months since they have posted anything. While this isn’t make or break for a company, it does reflect their willingness to try and connect more socially, which can be important for many clients.!

•  While they offer a decent variety of services, and seem to be capable service providers for the most part, we don’t recommend you use them as your first choice. !
