Team members have held executive positions with Fortune500 companies including Xerox and CBRE as well as distinguished positions inthe U.S. military and with U.S. government agencies.

LEW WOOD, Executive Vice President

Lew Wood serves as Executive Vice President of the Strategic Advisory Group. With over 38 years in the industry and a proventrack record of results and integrity, Lew has experience as a general partner and consultant in numerous real estate ventures,including development, management, syndications and historical renovations. During his real estate career, Lew hasparticipated in closing transactions exceeding $1 billion encompassing over 350 transactions, 35,000 apartment units and over 5million square feet of commercial and industrial space.

Prior to Henry S. Miller, Lew was employed as Director of Acquisitions, Southwest Region, for TVO North America. Lew’s dutiesincluded identifying and determining the suitability of specific properties for acquisition, coordinating due diligence, andsuccessfully closing transactions. During his tenure with TVO North America, Lew assisted in acquiring over 3,500 apartmentunits with a combined value of over $350 million.

Lew began his real estate career from 1977 with Coldwell Banker Commercial Brokerage Company, where he achieved the toptier of the Apartment/ Investments Division until 1985. For the following ten years, Lew was a commercial investment broker forCushman and Wakefield, Henry S. Miller Company, and Capital Realty Group – where he served as President operating a 25agent office. Soon after, Lew left the brokerage business and formed a development company focusing on urban residentialdevelopments. As President, Lew acquired over 4,000,000 square feet of historic warehouse/factory buildings inDallas/Memphis’s urban core. Most of these historically significant buildings were preserved, redeveloped and achieveddesignation on the National Register of Historic Places. The successful re-development of these properties into 646 live/workloft spaces garnered numerous design awards for his cutting edge/urban core projects.

Continuing education includes SMU, Cox School of Business, completion of the Graduate Marketing Certificate Program, 1991.

CHRIS BURROW, Vice President

Chris Burrow is Vice President of the Strategic Advisory Group. He provides a full range of investment real estate services forindividual investors, family offices and fund managers. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizonaand was a post-graduate Research Fellow with the National Science Foundation and the Smithsonian Institution.

Chris began his real estate career in 1981 as an Acquisitions Analyst with the Miller Company’s Real Estate Investment BankingGroup. He subsequently served as Senior Vice President of the Investment Properties and International Divisions of the MillerCompany where he was a top producer and member of the company’s Chairman’s Council. He represented domestic andinternational clients in the acquisition, development and disposition of investment land as well as income producing propertiesincluding neighborhood, community and regional shopping centers in Texas and the Southwest. Major clients includedAlbertson’s, Walmart Stores, Sam’s Club, Target, Dillard’s, and a wide range of individual and institutional investors.

From 1995 to 2011 Chris served as CFO/COO of the Episcopal School of Dallas. He was responsible for over $80 million in realestate assets and managed the construction and project financing of over 250,000 square feet of academic, athletic andoutdoor education facilities.

Chris utilizes his 30 years of experience by providing his clients comprehensive investment real estate services – in acquisitions,property enhancement and dispositions. He focuses on the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and secondary markets within 100miles of Dallas.

ANDREW DOSTER, Senior Associate

Andrew Doster is a Senior Associate with the Strategic Advisory Group, specializing in acquisitions and dispositions ofinstitutional-quality multifamily, office, mixed-use and land investments within the Dallas/Ft. Worth market. Other key dutiesinclude equity capitalization for new acquisitions or development, consulting and advisory services, portfolio valuation,investment and debt analysis, feasibility studies and site selection for new development. He is a native of the Dallas/Ft. Wortharea growing up in the suburb of Combine, Texas. Andrew received a B.A. in Economics from Louisiana State University and iscurrently pursuing his CCIM designation.

Andrew has extensive experience in multiple aspects of the commercial real estate industry including sales representation,financial analysis and property underwriting, debt and equity origination and assistance in development incentives. Histransactional experience surpasses $175 million+ in the sale of multifamily, office, mixed-use and land assets within theDallas/Ft. Worth market. His clients range from institutional investors, public and private REITs, national and local developers,private equity firms, to individual owners. Prior to joining HSM, Andrew was in the financial services industry assisting oil & gasand transportation companies with financing options located in the southeast and specifically the New Orleans MSA.

DILLON COOK, Associate

Dillon Cook is an Associate in the newly established Strategic Advisory Group. After graduating from TCU in 2014, Dillonbecame one of the first Broker Trainees at HSM to graduate from a one-year rotational training program. While in this program,he was able to gain valuable work experience by teaming up with lead brokers within the Retail, Office and Industrial,Multifamily, Investments and Land, and Debt and Equity Divisions. During this time, Dillon excelled at sourcing “off-market”investment opportunities by specializing in CMBS loans. He quickly led a new initiative into the CMBS market focusing on Office,Multifamily, and Retail assets where he began representing individual and institutional investment groups on assets ranging invalue from $1 million to upwards of $100 million. Dillon’s focus is on the acquisition, disposition, and development of Office,Multifamily, Retail, and Land properties by specializing in many "off-market" investment opportunities for both local andnational investment groups. His energetic and entrepreneurial work ethic have quickly allowed him to excel into all areas of thecommercial real estate market.

Prior to joining Henry S. Miller, Dillon served as the Production Assistant and Construction Manager at his family’s aircraftbusiness located in Grand Prairie, Texas, where he learned the ins and outs of effectively managing a small business. He alsogrew up working on his family’s ranch in west Texas. Dillon is a very passionate outdoorsman and can be found hunting orfishing many weekends out of the year.

Dillon grew up in Dallas, Texas where he attended Highland Park High School. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree inBusiness Communications with minors in General Business as well as Energy Management and Technology from Texas ChristianUniversity in Fort Worth, Texas. While attending TCU, Dillon held various executive positions within the Phi Delta ThetaFraternity and he was also the Captain and Vice President of the TCU Men’s Lacrosse Team for multiple years.

XOCHITL REYES, Marketing Coordinator

Xochitl Reyes was recently promoted to work with Lew Wood’s Strategic Advisory Group. Initially hired in 2014 as a MarketingCoordinator for the Office and Industrial Division, Xochitl is responsible for the day-to-day production of property marketingannouncements, brochures, advertising, market research, mass mailings, and email campaigns to thousands of subscribersacross DFW. She is also responsible for assisting in preparation of letters, contracts, proposals, agreements, amendments,commission requests, and various administrative duties associated with this role. Xochitl manages all install and removalaspects of Henry S. Miller signage while monitoring a six-figure budget. She also accepts all Spanish calls to Henry. S Miller andtranslates on behalf of clients and brokers. Xochitl is currently pursuing her license in order to become more knowledgeable onthe industry.

Xochitl had her first encounter with Real Estate during a Study Abroad trip in India and Dubai while focusing on Real Estate Development and International Lodging Management. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University in 2009, she moved to Texas and became the Hospitality and Facilities Manager for The Dallas Institute of Humanities and Culture, an educational nonprofit organization. Here she executed all event planning logistics for food and beverage, room set up, audio visual, and entertainment. Xochitl also acted as a liaison to contractors, scheduled inspections, oversaw inventory and was held accountable for budget control. She also was responsible for hiring, training, and managing assistants, interns, volunteers, and housekeeping staff. Xochitl has worked in various health and fitness industries including T. Boone Pickens YMCA, Telos Fitness Center, and Guiltless Foods providing marketing, sales, client communications, and businessdevelopment support.

After 6 years of living in Dallas, Xochitl knows this is home. She enjoys staying healthy, being active, spending time with familyand friends, going to concerts, cooking, reading, and traveling. She is passionate about giving back to the community and hasbeen involved with several organizations throughout Dallas.
