The key deliverable was a strategy document for with recommendations for an online delivery model including; replacement of a SharePoint CRM, new BAU workflow, design frameworks, selection matrix for enterprise CMS, code-release practices as well as detailed advice on analytics.

Capgemini selected Strata3 as a strategic digital partner for Bank of Ireland to devise a key findings document. Key outputs included; mapping of the online business processes, an agile sprint methodology for design and build on the Temenos EdgeConnect platform.

The brief for Strata3 was to conduct primary research, devise a technical architecture and user-focused design strategy for the integration of seat reservation, timetabling / journey planning and ecommerce to create a unified customer experience across a variety of legacy and 3rd-party technologies.

The key output was a strategy document and associated road-map for the rollout of a consumer-facing retail/business switching sales programme. Strata3 provided advisory services on best-practice for user-experience, technology platform, integration for a switching site with Salesforce and oracle, self-service portal and mobile app.

Strata3 provide ongoing consulting to the business and IT stakeholders. As part of a structured quarterly engagement we advise on best-practice in user-experience, analytics, latest techniques and innovation which in turn informs the design and development roadmap.

Strata3 researched and devised a web strategy for the rollout 30 sites across 20 countries in EMEA for the Life Protection Insurance division of AXA (formerly Genworth). We also advised on WCMS platform, design best-practice, content management workflow to include localisation as well as social, analytics and PPC strategies.
