CAPRI implementa la tecno-logia a LED ed è disponibile per installazioni a soffitto, a parete e su paletto, in diversi colori. Della famiglia fa parte anche una variante a paralle-lepipedo, il CAPRI L, nella ver-sione a parete mono-emissio-ne e bi-emissione. Gli apparecchi Stral sono resi-stenti alla ruggine e alla cor-rosione perché sono realizzati in acciaio inox AISI 316L (ma-rine grade), il materiale idea-le in caso di esposizione agli agenti atmosferici aggressivi, perfino in ambienti marini ed esplosivi. GARANTIE CONTRE LA CORROSION TRAVERSANTE

Les produits STRAL sont intégralement fabriqués en utilisant la meilleure qualité d’acier inoxydable, à savoir l’acier AISI 316L.L’utilisation de ce matériau permet à STRAL de garantir ses appareils contre tous types de corrosion traversante pendant une période de 10 ans, aux conditions suivantes:

1.Toutes les parties des appareils doivent être intactes, sans éraflures, ni bosses dues à des chocs et impacts.2. La garantie porte uniquement sur la corrosion dite «traversante».Dans des conditions normales d’utilisation, voire même difficiles (pluies abondantes, air salin, pollution de l’air) une oxydation superficielle visible peut se manifester par des tâches brunâtres en surface, ceci n’influe en rien sur la qualité et la durée de vie des appareils. Un entretien courant permet de remédier à ce problème esthétique. Ceci n’est pas couvert par la garantie STRAL .3. La garantie porte sur 10 ans à compter de la livraison du produit.

Pour toutes les installations dans des zones difficiles, STRAL conseille d’opter pour son procédé de traitement par électro-polissage qui permet d’avoir une plus grande résistance à la corrosion et qui supprime l’entretien annuel (pour plus de renseignements, consulter notre fascicule: AISI 316L Acier Inox).

Si des cas de corrosion traversante devaient se produire pendant la période de garantie, STRAL en assumerait la responsabilité en vérifiant dans son usine l’état des parties défectueuses et en remplacant gratuitement toutes les parties perforées par la corrosion. La garantie de remplacement des articles ne vaut que pour les conditions décrites ci-dessus, ce qui n’implique aucune obligation de compensation ou de remboursement de quelque nature que ce soit.

GUARANTEE THROUGH CORROSION

The casings, brackets, supports and posts produced by STRAL are all exclusively manufactured in top quality AISI 316L stainless steel.The use of this material enables STRAL to guarantee its products against through corrosion for a period of 10 (ten) years at the following conditions:

1. that all the guaranteed components are intact, with no abrasions and/or dents caused by knocks and/or impacts;2. that the corrosion is ‘through corrosion’, as all surface corrosion (e.g. pitting) with purely visual and aesthetical effects is not covered by this guarantee; In particular settings (i.e. close to the sea and/or in areas sheltered from the rain) superficial oxidation may occur. In these cases we recommend to perform the ordinary cleaning operations at least twice a year.3. that not more than 10 (ten) years have passed since STRAL delivered the products.If through corrosion should occur during the guarantee period, STRAL undertakes, upon checking the degree of the faulty parts at its own headquarters, to replace all parts which have been perforated by corrosion, free of charge.

Please note that the guarantee only covers the obligation to replace such items at the conditions illustrated above; this does not imply any compensation or reimbursement obligations of any kind, or to any parties.

Upon replacing the devices, or any parts of the same, STRAL is hence exonerated from all and any liability regarding damages caused by the defects or faults; the Client therefore hereby undertakes to forego all rights to make any claim for damages and/or expenses.

GARANZIA CONTRO LA CORROSIONE PASSANTE

I prodotti Stral sono esclusivamente realizzati utilizzando la migliore qualità di acciaio inossidabile AISI 316L. L’utilizzo di questo materiale consente a Stral di garantire i suoi apparecchi contro la corrosione passante per un periodo di 10 anni alle seguenti condizioni:

1. Tutte le componenti devono essere intatte, senza abrasioni e/o ammaccature causate da urti e/o impatti;2. La garanzia riguarda la corrosione passante. In particolari condizioni (i.e. località marittime e/o esposte ad abbondanti piogge) possono verificarsi casi di ossidazione superficiale identificabile tramite macchie visibili brunastre: questo problema estetico non è coperto dalla garanzia Stral; in questo caso è raccomandabile eseguire le ordinarie operazioni di pulizia dell’acciaio almeno due volte all’anno.3.
