It is where the events of a story are narrated

After my high school graduation, things have been a roller coaster ride. I’ve had many ups and downs in my first year in college, but gladly, I was able to surpass them.

TURNING POINT

Are the story events, either plot or character related, that mark where the story “turns” in a new direction. The new direction is usually caused by a choice or dilemma faced by the characters—a big choice or dilemma.

It is where a new chapter or event takes place in a story- the story changes.

It was during my college application days that I had to make a really wise decision between choosing my future career- either medical technology or journalism.

New concepts learnedI have learned to know what type of an element a certain happening in my life has been. Like, how I was able to finished my half years in school and understoond those ups and downs as parts of my life story.

NEW INPUTS1

Page 12: Storyline and Plot

This reminds me of…With everything that has

happened to me during my younger years (i.e., my foot accident, stair falls and other bumps) I was able to make a storyline of my life alone and identify those memories as plot, rising action, falling action, and denouement.

CONNECTIONS2

Page 13: Storyline and Plot

Usefulness in real situationsIf in a situation and I see

myself struggling to know why such thing is happening to me, I can say to myself that it is just a part of life story and that I will be able to surpass it and move on to the next level of my life or storyline.
