Location Related

1. Cement Issue VS consumption to be made by section in charge( daily wise consumption

update from Site is required)

2. Empty cement bags are to be collected at Stores

3. Royalty challans & Bill from Quarry shall be collected location wise by site engineers &

to be submitted monthly for accounts for billing .

4. Understood separate cement go down were setup by Subcontractors. Periodical

verification of the Issue from store, stock & consumed in Location are to be carried by

section in charges/Engineers .
