  • Bad Example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6SuXO meuPk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6SuXO meuPk This is an example of a bad stop motion video because they did not keep the camera still so each frame is from a different view point. They also used larger movements in between frames and then would do small movements so the video was inconsistent.

  • Good Example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9NZ11Hh4LP4 This is a good stop motion video because it has a theme or message, has still frames so the camera is not moving, and it has the right amount of frames to look good, but also keep the stop motion qualities.

  • Our First Stop Motion Film
  • Slide 10
  • Our first video was of a snake like creature turning into legs to walk. We used about 25 pictures to create this film. We used Frames to add a background, a song, and the speed of the transformations between frames. We imported the video from the frames software to a video. Here we added a title to our slide by creating a text box and changed the writing. Here we added music to our work with the software's sound file and trimming it to our desired length.

  • Our Second Stop Motion Film
  • Slide 12
  • We took 112 photos to create this film. We used frames to add music, create shorter transition times, delete unneeded pictures, and make a film using pictures. We had to import all of our photos into Frames and then went through all the photos and deleted the ones that we didnt need.

  • What We Learned We learned how to make a good stop motion video using many images. We learned the features that make a stop motion video high quality versus a low quality video. We learned how to use Frames to create a stop motion video. We learned how the professionals create a stop motion movie.

  • Our Collaboration Our Collaboration was better than orientation. The work still wasnt split evenly. We are talking about what our ideas were.
