Dana expands share repurchase programme to $1 billion US-based Dana Holding Corp, a developer of drive-line, sealing and thermal-management technologies, has announced that its board of directors has approved an expanded common share repurchase programme of up to $1 billion. This represents an increase of approximately already returned to shareholders under the com- pany’s previous repurchase authorisation. Dana says that it is planning to repurchase its shares either in the open market or through privately negotiated transactions over the next two years.
