WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITYThe Council Rock Athletic Camps are not affiliated, sponsored, or supported by the Council Rock School District. I authorize The Council Rock Athletic Camps Staff to act for me in case of an emergency. I/We, the parent(s) or guardian(s) of the named child, hereby give my/our approval to participate in any and all camp activities. I/We assume all risk and hazards incidental to such participation and I/We do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the Council Rock Athletic Camps and staff for any claim arising out of an injury to my/our child, whether the result of negligence or from any other cause.

Beginner – Advanced (Grades 2 – 11)This camp is designed for all age groups. All fundamental skills will be taught. Campers will be placed in groups based on ability level. Every camper will get the individual attention needed to help improve her basic skills and knowledge of the game.

Camp PhilosophyOur goal is to provide individual attention that players may not get during their season. Newcomers will get basic skill instruction while advanced players will get a chance to master their skills. Competitive games and game-like situations will provide a fun environment for learning the game of field hockey.

Coaches The coaching staff consists of Council Rock field hockey coaches and former players. All coaches are devoted to helping players master fundamental skills.

Typical Day9:00-9:30 Warm Up, Stretch, Stick-work Drills

9:30-10:00 Fundamental Skills & Passing

10:00-11:00 Stations-Offensive & Defensive Skills, Special Game Situations

11:00-12:00 Small-sided games
