Eric, Ashley and Ally had only a tent to call home. They
were placed in foster care through Holston United Meth-
odist Home for Children, where they received needed
structure, predictability and encouragement. During that
time, Holston staff helped their parents secure jobs and a
safe place to live. Thankful to God for his provisions, the
family is now reunited living under a solid roof. Please
consider giving generously to Holston Home for Children
this fifth Sunday, May 29.
We are excited to welcome three new members to the Keith
Memorial UMC congregation — Luke, Samuel & Trevor
McDonald. The McDonalds joined Keith Church during the
8:30 a.m. service on Sunday, May 8.
Dear Keith Church,
Thank you for the beautiful altar flowers. They really
brightened our day! Thank you for your prayers during my
illness. Keith Church is truly a caring church.

Employment Opportunity: Organist
Keith Memorial UMC is seeking an Organist for our two-
manual Reuter pipe organ. Duties include two Sunday
morning traditional worship services, some Wednesday
evening choir rehearsals (shared with pianist), and seasonal
special services. Position will be available in July, with some
opportunities to sub in May. Please email resume and letter
of intent to David Andrew Boyd, Director of Music at
» Annual Conference Missions Offering: This year’s
Annual Conference Missions Offering will once again bless
the children in our midst as we support Ministry with Children
in Poverty in Holston Conference. The offering will be
given at Annual Conference in June, but Keith Church
will donate all Sunday School offerings given on May 15,
22 and 29. If you would like to make a donation for this
special offering, include “Missions Offering” on the memo of
your check and place it in the offering plate or bring it to the
church office prior to June 1. All funds collected through this
offering will be available to be used in all 12 districts of the
Conference to support new and existing ministries, such as
Nourish One Child, that address children in poverty.
» Hands-On Mission Project: The Cleveland and
Morristown districts have been challenged to collect 400
food buckets to be distributed to those in need in Liberia. Our
goal is to fill 50 buckets and we are almost there! We have a
few buckets left, so please continue to bring in your items.
The deadline to return buckets and food items is
Wednesday, May 25. You’ll find buckets and shopping lists
outside of the sanctuary and The Gathering.
