Step 2Step 1 Our Problem:Sin Gets in the Way

God did not make us robots to mindlessly love and obey Him. Instead, He gave us a brain and freedom of choice. But we often choose to disobey God and go our own selfish ways. This is called sin, and it pushes us away from God.

God’s Answer: The Cross

Jesus Christ is the only answer to this problem of being cut off from God. He died on the cross and rose from the grave to take the punishment for our sin. That’s how He is able to bring us back together with God.

How to receive Jesus: 1. Admit your need (I am a sinner). 2. Be willing to turn away from your sins. 3. Believe that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross and rose from the grave. You can invite Jesus to come in and control your life. (Pray to receive Him as your Savior.)
