Decision Making

•After an interview, consider whether you would take that particular job over similar alternatives.

•For each interview, send a thank-you note to the interviewer.

“Follow-up”

•Contact the interviewer one week after the hiring decision date.

•If rejected, ask what you could have done better.

•If you have decided against the company, follow-up anyways for good practice

•If rejected from a position, brush it off and keep going.
