for me In my last companies I learned
lessons in both outsourcing and
workforce efficiency and those skills are
directly congruent to running a firm that
helped other businesses save money The

Additionally Irsquove been able to successfully
take the lessons Irsquove learned and apply
them to multiple other businesses of my
own ndash so adding an extension that helped

Whatrsquos been the most difficultbusiness obstacle yoursquove faced sofar
Irsquoll preface this answer with one thing ndash Irsquom 27 years old now and Irsquove been involved almost
exclusively in the advertising industry since I was 16 years old Starting a new business
completely unrelated to advertising was quite the challenge for me in itself because it forced
me to step outside of my comfort zone I decided to take on the outsourcing company
because it was congruent to lessons Irsquove learned running other large businesses and it was
something that really took my interest The biggest challenge in running an effective firm that
delivers high quality work without having to charge immense amounts of money for it lies in
the hiring process To meet our customer needs we interview roughly 500 people a month
as external contractors for our current clients We had to create detailed work flows and
teams to interview this many people in an effective way that doesnrsquot drag down
management Irsquom completely confident that we have one of the strongest hiring models in
the industry insuring that we have the strongest workforce out there
Where do you see your business going in 2015
We launched our company in early 2014 and essentially got all of our business from word of
mouth referrals ndash so much that wersquove had barely any time to even complete our corporate
website to acquire new clients We now have over two dozen other businesses that wersquore
working with in technology legal accounting and health care industries Itrsquos been extremely
exciting progress for us as a company and I see huge growth in 2015 as we will begin taking

Sidago Integrated Solutions is the
core of all my other businesses
providing the workforce to propel my other assets We internally use our data entry teams
hiring management teams advertising teams writing teams SEO teams and programming
development teams for projects The only employees that I keep domestically in the US are
company heads partners or salesmen that handle clients on a day to day basis Each
employee domestically has at least one assistant to help them do all the mundane activities
thus increasing the efficiency of their own time even further Irsquom a 100 believer in the
outsourcing model and I truly believe that keeping overhead low is very important
If you could leave our readers with one last piece of business advice whatwould it be
Never surrender The difference between a business that succeeds and one that fails is
entirely based on your persistence to continue forward The odds are stacked against you
and if it was easy to start your own company everyone would be working for themselves
When faced with failure learn from it and trudge through When faced with success note
how you got there and work like you donrsquot have two pennies
