Import PST File• Click on File tab >> click on Open button >> hit

on Import.

…cont• After clicking on Import option, a ‘Import and

Export Wizard’ will pop-up.• Select Import from another program or file

and click on Next button.

…cont• Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click on

Next button.

…cont• Click on Browse button to select the Outlook

Data File. After browsing PST file, enable “Do not import duplicates” option and click on Next button.

…cont• Select the folder that you want to import and click

on “Finish” Button.

Export PST File• Click on File tab >> click on Open button >> hit

on Import.

…cont• After clicking on Import option, a Import and

Export Wizard will pop-up.• Select Export to a file and click on Next button.

…cont• Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click on

Next button.

…cont• Now, select the folder which you want to export

and click on Next button.

…cont• Click on Browse button to select the location

where you want to export PST File.• Enable the option: Do not export duplicate

items and click on Finish button.

Location of Exported PST• Go to My Computer >> Click on C: Drive >> Users

>> admin >> Documents >> Outlook Files.

• Note: By default PST File export to the above location, but you can change it.
