InstalltheLevelersRemovethetophexnutfromeachofthelevelingfeet;insertthelevelersthroughtheholesinthesquarebaseofeachofthelegs.Thenreplacethehexnutyouremovedusinga3/4"wrench.

StandAssembly1. BeginassemblingyourstandbyattachingoneLower Stretcher(4)andUpperStretcher(3)tothe32"Legs withmountingholes(1)and32"Leg(2).Besureto orienttheshortlipontheStretchers(3and4)toward thetop. Note:Usejustone#85/16"-18Bolt(8)andone #95/16"-18Nut(9)atfirst,usingthesquareholeclosest toinsidecornerofthelegs.Leavetheadjacenthole openfornow.

2. Repeatstep1withtheremainingLowerandUpper Stretchers(3and4)andtheremainingLegs(1and2).

3. Layoneoftheassembliesyouhavejustcompleted onthefloorandattachtheUpperSideStretchers(5) andLowerSideStretchers(6)totheLegs(1and2), stilljustusingone#85/16"-18Bolt(8)andone #95/16"-18Nut(9)foreachsetofholes.

4. Carefullylaythesecondassembledsideoftherouter standontopofthefouroutstretchedsidestretchersyou justattached.Again,useone#85/16"-18Bolt(8)and one#95/16"-18Nut(9)foreachsetofholes.

5. StandyourcompletedRouterTablebaseuprightand useasquaretoadjusttheanglesto90°.Usinga1/2" socketinstalltheremainingboltsandnutsandtighten.
