• I will submit request for one last one-year, no-cost extension to Dr. Isabel Walls, National Program Leader, Division of Food Safety, on July 30, 2017.
• “A justification describing the exceptional circumstancesthat contribute to the need for the requested no-cost extension. The justification should be compelling such that it demonstrates a bona fide need to convince program staff and the Awards Management Division (AMD) that the no-cost extension is warranted for successful completion of the award.”
• “The approximate amount of funding that is to be carried forward.”
• “A progress report listing work completed (from the original objectives and work remaining to be completed under the one-year no-cost extension period (also from the original objectives).”
No-Cost Extension
• “If the no-cost extension is approved, awardee must submit a progress report to REEport at the end of the 6th year.”
• At the end of the final year, awardee must submit a final technical report to REEport and a final financial report to AMD for closeout of the award.”
• “The award will terminate at the end of the final year and be closed out by AMD.”
• “Awardee will not be granted a subsequent no-cost extension.”
