Dr O. Nobo Singh Internal Auditor has submitted accounts for 1994 to 2004 but yet to be finalised. Appointment of IA M/s N C Das has been cancelled. New IA M/s V.K. Bhattacharya & Co., Ghy has been appointed .Firm representative has not been sent so far.
