1. Do not eat with your fingers unless the food is meant to be eaten the way. 2. Do not stuff your mouth full of food.cut your food into smaller bites. 3. Chew your mouth full, no talking with your mouth full. 4. Eat slowly and do not gobble up the food.Take time to enjoy your food. 5. Always use a napkin, not your sleeves to dab your mouth.Keep your napkin on your lap when you are not using it.
