Godrej Properties enters into partnership to develop residential project: Thecompany has entered into a partnershipwith Oxford Group and EktaWorld todevelop a residential project inMundhwa, Keshavnagar and Pune. Haryanatoconsiderministry,NCRboardfindingsbeforefinalisingplan:AftertheNational Capital Regional Planning Board (NCRPB) on Friday considered the subregionalplan2021forHaryanadistrictsfallingwiththenationalcapitalregion,thestategovernmenttoldtheboarditwouldtakeintotheaccountitsobservationsaswellasthatofministryofenvironmentandforests(MoEF)beforefinalisingthesubregionalplan.Haryanahas to submit a compliance reportbefore thePunjab andHaryana high court byMay 9 on the status of its subregional plan visavis theNCRPBsobservations.TheHChasrestrainedthestategovernmentfromissuinganycolonisation licences, change of land use permissions till the time the planwasapprovedbytheNCRPB.

GodrejPropertiestodeveloptownshipprojectinBangalore:GodrejPropertiesLtd,the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has entered into an LLP(limited liability partnership) to develop a residential township project in NorthBengaluru.The100acreprojectwouldofferapotentialsaleableareaofabout9.4million sq ft. Like other projects, this townshipwould be developed as a profitsharingpartnership.
