9% Performance Bonus on 2,400 BV = RM 144

Becoming a Platinum Direct Distributor is a signifi cant achievemetn, and you have reached a signifi cant milestone in building your Am-way business.

To qualify you have to achieve a totoal of 12,500 PV per month for 6 months in a rolling 12-month period with 3 months being consecutive.

This Leadership Bonus is Paid monthly by Amway on thepersonal group Business Volume of any qualifying 21%Group you’ve sponsored, provided you meet the minimumqualifi cation requirements. It rewards you for the time andeffort you spend in developing higher achievers.

In Example 6, if you sponsor one Platinum Direct Distribtorwhose monthly group PV totals 12,600 and you maintainyour personal group volume of 12,600 PV, then you will receive a monthly Leadership Bonus of: RM 1,008 (25,200BV x 4%).

If you sponsor 4 Platinum Direct Distributors, as in Ex-ample 7, each of whom achieves a monthly group PV of 12,600 PV, then you will receive:

Monthly Leadership Bonus of 4% (25,200 BV x 4% x 4)

= RM 4,032

OR Annual Leadership Bonus of = RM 48,384

Combined with your gross income received in Example 5. your annual

income could be RV 80,928.

We have assumed that YOU will also generate a personal Volume like your 6 break off legs. This is what AmwayMalaysia is trying to educate us through our Business Manual (Business Guidebook). PLEASE see my attached 2 cop-ies of Plan from Malaysia Business Manual, especially Page 13 example 7 that show YOU as a Platinum with 4 Platinum legs. That is why our Plan, YOU as Platinum with 6 LOCAL Platinum legs is something VERY “Amway Company Think-ing”! If we do not maintain the personal volume of 10,300PV. The Company (Amway) will say our business is not health. If Amway Philippines accept our Plan YOU as Platinum with 6 Platinum legs, which is a very2 weak Diamond (without depth bonus). Then, my above (in RED) calculation can be used.

MEANS: The Big Picture “ How to make more than P 1.5 M in 2 to 5 Years”

Actually, Amway Philippines may have the reason to restrict individual group to have their own “design” Plan. But, they must know, Amway income depend on width and depth, so it is very diffi cult to come out with a income, if we do not as-sume a structure with Platinum. Like want I have suggested earlier, with 31 Platinum (6-4-3 Plan) and P537,276 per year for the other incomes are very2 low, base on my experience as an Emerald.
