Franke College of Business, is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration, the premier accrediting agency for hospitality programs in the United States. This means the Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management will equip you with the essential tools for success in the dynamic world of hospitality. In addition to the rigorously reviewed coursework, the program requires 1,200 work hours—often through paid internships.

• Join faculty members on excursions to the headquarters of major corporations, such as Four Seasons, Drury Hotels, and Pappas Restaurants, to learn from senior hospitality executives.

• Plan major events like the HRM Casino Night with Professor Gary Vallen, or the HRM Golf Tournament with Lecturer Lisa Bliss and our student chapter of the National Association for Catering and Events.
