Simple Triage And Rapid Treatment
Advanced TRIAGE
Immediate - T1- Airway obstruction (severe facial injury)- Penetrating thoracic or abdominal injury- Blunt thoracic injury with breathing difficulty- Unconscious (GCS under 9)- Facial burn injuries or in airways - Burn injuries 20-75% of body surface- Severe external hemorrage, hypovolemic shock- Severe open fractures
Delayed - T2- Blunt thoracic injury no breathing difficulty- Blunt abdominal and/or urinaltrack injury- Unconscious (GCS 9-13)- Long bone fractures- Other than T1 open fractures- Pelvic fracture- Chestpain w/o thoracic injury
Minor - T3- Spinal injury or suspect of spinal injury-- Head injury (GCS 14-15) or hemorrage from ear - Simple fractures and contusions- Other than T1 or T4 burn injuries- Minor facial injuries - Eye injuries- Mainly all walking victims
Expectant - T4- Open skull fractures,- Burn injuries over 75% of body surface- All victims with poor prognosis
Deceased - T5- Deceased
NON INJURED- Non injured persons
