Mission Statement:STARBASE 2.0 combines STEM activities with a relationship-rich, school-based afterschool environment to provide the missing link for at-risk youth making the transition from elementary to middle and on to high school. To serve as a mentor, individuals should have a mix of STEM expertise/interest (or the capability to learn STEM basics), and a willingness to serve.

Mentor Recruitment & Selection GuidelinesBe comfortable & enjoy working with middle school students.
