Four Corner Crimper- EP 424

The latest weapon added by Star Alubuild

into its artillery unit is the Elumatec

CP424. The machine can undertake

simultaneous crimpling of all 4 corners

using hydraulics. To ensure quality

crimping, the crimping heads can be

exactly positioned by a 3-axis control. In

addition to this, the height of each

crimping head is individually adjustable.

The crimping positions can be

programmed using the user-friendly

display control. The maximum crimping

height that can be achieved using this

machine is 100 mm & a maximum size of

frame that can be used in this machine is

4.000 MM X 2.500 MM.

CNC MACHINING CENTRE CNC DOUBLE MITRE SAW

This machine has 7 tool magazines fromwhich the spindle can select and perform theoperations required through the softwareinstalled. Details of the aluminium profilescan be stored in the profile gallery which canbe selected during operation.

This machine can cut the aluminium profilesto the required length precisely. This machineis controlled by CNC and the cutter bladesetting can be achieved by the software.Production data base can also be availablefrom this software.

CNC 3 SPINDLE ROUTER MACHINE HORIZONTAL PANEL SAW

This machine has 3 spindles which areexclusively designed for Corian solid surface,so that 3 different operations can be carriedout with out the time loss for tool change.Acrylic sheet, wood and ACP can also befabricated in the machine with high accuracy.

This is unique machine for cutting Corian solidsurface and wood. Cutter blades can beswung between -45 to +45 degree to haveany taper cutting.

CURTAIN WALL NOTCHING SAW 2 PART SILICON DISPENSING PUMP

Best suitable for notching the transoms tohave perfect joints with Mullion. 45 to 90degree joint can be achieved with no hassles.

This 2 part silicon dispensing pump can applythe structural silicon to glaze the fullyunitized, semi unitized glass panels. With thispump any glazed panels can be dispatchedafter 24 hours of glazing compared to at least7 days minimum in case of single part silicon.
