Guangzhou, Nansha with its flagship SuperStar Virgo and received

overwhelming market response. Starting from 17 April 2016, SuperStar Virgo

will commence her premiere 5-month Japan itinerary to Naha and Miyakojima

from Guangzhou, Nansha, and customers can experience a vacation filled with

fascinating culture, scenery and explore “The Eastern Hawaii” Naha and the

uniqueness of the Miyako Blue.

China passengers with valid passport could enjoy a visa-free cruises voyage to

a 6-day/5-night journey to Okinawa, Japan every Sunday and enjoy the culture

and delicacies of Japan.

To enrich passengers’ experience, starting from March 2016, Star Cruises

introduces the “Life Journey” series on SuperStar Virgo, where leaders from all

walks of life share their successful stories, including Mr. Guo Chuan, the First

and Only professional offshore sailor in China and World Guinness Record

Breaker, who will host a sharing session about the challenges he faced in the

sea, as well as the different cultures he observed from his trips around the

world; Mr. Lee Ming Hay, a renowned Hong Kong Cyclist and Backpacker with

epic 7-month solo bicycle journey from Berlin to Hong Kong, will also share

precious memories from his voyage to cruisers onboard.

Experts on “Life Journey” series also include Ms. Noni Ware, Fashion Stylist

from British Vogue, who will share the latest lifestyle and fashion trends and

fashion must-haves with guests sailing on March 21 and 24; Ms. Liggy Webb,

an international consultant in behavioral skills who works for United Nations,

will inspire cruisers of SuperStar Virgo with her expertise on how to cope with

challenging situations – turning crises into opportunities.

SuperStar Virgo offers a wide spectrum of entertainment programs, including

world-class magic spectacle, astounding theatrical performances, yoga and

ballroom dancing lessons, wine tasting sessions conducted by certified

sommelier, glass art and craft workshops, kung fu and qi gong lessons,

themed parties and more to offer. A rich schedule of activities is available daily

Mr. Lee Ming Hay

In 2012, Lee finished an epic 7-month solo bicycle journey from Berlin to Hong

Kong. He later published “Ride Back Home（陌路回家）” to share the journey.

In 2013, Lee took part in the Mongolia Bike Challenge and wrote another book

“Nomad Racer（單車遊牧）“.

In 2014, Lee has been a guest presenter for J2 travelogue TV program,

“Tasmania Affair”, and has been running cycling tours in Japan with travel

agencies.

In 2015, Lee produced and hosted a travelogue TV program “Head to East

Africa” which was broadcasted at TVBJ2; he also worked as TV host for a

RTHK documentary series “Hong Kong Stories”. In summer of the same year,

Lee co-operated with Youth Square and led 12 first-time-travel teenagers to

Japan, teaching them the meaning of backpacking; in September, Lee became

a member of the Open University’s “Innovative Polar Research”, filming the

Arctic science research expedition.
