• WECC-0101 Generator Validation Policy Conversion– Proposes to incorporate elements from the WECC
Generator Testing and Validation Policy into mandatory standards as a WECC Regional Variance
– Lowers the threshold for testing from 75 MW to 20 MW
– Requires validation every five years rather than every ten years
