Featuring a 5 megapixel camera, the device can provide High Definition playback (up to 1080p) at 25 frames per second, with all

footage date and time stamped to ensure evidential usage.

The device has an illuminated 2.8” front-facing display screen - proven to assist with conflict management - while its unique pre-

The lightweight yet durable housing is IP65 rated to protect from dust and water damage, and the device is able to operate in

temperatures from 5°C to 122°F.

Playback is facilitated via WCCTV’s free, secure software (256 bit encryption), and the device can be connected to laptops and PCs via

its USB interface to allow secure storage of footage.

The device’s rechargeable battery provides an operating time of up to 16 hours in standby mode, or 8 hours in full recording mode.

Downloading and charging is facilitated from one cradle unit, removing the requirement for multiple adapters.

The device also contains integrated GPS functionality to provide location information for footage, as well for date and time setting, and

Commercial Pricelist Qualification Details

- MSRP

Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price is basically a recommended selling price that

WCCTV give our reseller partner as a guideline for sale. The MSRP is also given to end

user enquiries/opportunities that fall outside of the following categories

o Law enforcement

o Municipal & Federal Government

o Large Utility and Oil and Gas

These customers would receive standard 12 month warranty with back to base repairs SLA 10

working days

- Reseller

This is the price given to someone who wishes to sell our product in one of the following

scenarios

1. WCCTV Have generated the opportunity with a customer outside of the categories

highlighted above in Red in a territory where we cannot handle the sale direct and

require a reseller through which to channel the sale

2. A customer outside of the categories highlighted above in Red wishes to channel the

sale through their own nominated security partner rather than set WCCTV up as a direct

supplier

3. A reseller contacts us directly with a one off opportunity to sell to a customer outside of

the categories highlighted above in Red – requesting standard resale prices.

- Value added Reseller

This is the price given to someone who wishes to sell our product in one of the following

scenarios

1. WCCTV have identified this customer as a strong strategic resell partner due to their existing

expertise within a particular Market sector based either on Industry and or territory

2. A reseller brings a large scale opportunity outside of the categories highlighted above in Red

to WCCTV to which is deemed valued enough to set up immediately at VAR pricing level

3. A customer outside of the categories highlighted above in Red wishes to channel the sale

through their own nominated security partner rather than set WCCTV up as a direct supplier

and the opportunity is large enough to set up immediately at VAR pricing level.

4. Municipal Government, PD, City Govt, Oil and Gas & Utility customers automatically get this

pricing level

- Volume Value added Reseller

VAR Partners that achieve $100,000.00 sales within a 12 month period will receive a rebate

discount to Volume VAR pricing in that year and then buy at volume VAR thereafter

reviewed at 12 monthly milestones

This is the level we are suggesting to sell to GSA at

- Distribution

$250,000.00 Guaranteed sales per annum.

** Please NOTE WCCTV is not actively seeking distribution partners. We only have 1 customer who

has access to these prices currently. This is a company whom actually supply us a component for

our MINIDOME/Tower range which they free issue as part of the price agreement as well as

$250,000 per annum sales as part of the agreement. This company also only get these prices if they

sell the product with a VERIZON DATA PACKAGE paid up front for 12 months which they buy from us

and also resell.

As most Federal Agencies have a preferred existing agreement with AT & T or VZW we have not

made this mandatory for GSA who have the option to buy hardware only and use their own data

packages
