Audit Qualifications in last 3 years: The Statutory Auditors had made qualifications for the FY 2015-16. However, no Audit
Qualification was made for FY 2014-15 and FY 2016-17.
Basis for Qualified Opinion for FY 2015-16: “We draw attention to note 4 regarding financial statements of a subsidiary not
considered for consolidation by the associate in consolidation as required in terms of section 129(3) of the Companies Act, 2013,
for the reasons stated in the said note. The impact, if any, on the loss for the year and carrying value of assets and liabil ities of
the associate in consolidation in the consolidated financial statements is not ascertainable.”
Opinion for FY 2015-16: “In our opinion and to the best of our information and according to the explanations given to us, except
for effect of matters stated at 'Basis for Qualified Opinion' paragraph above, the aforesaid consolidated financial statements give
the information required by the Act in the manner so required and give a true and fair view in conformity with the accounting
principles generally accepted in India, of the state of affairs of the Company as at March 31, 2016, and its loss and its cash flows
for the year ended on that date.”
