Device with IP65 / IP68The platforms of the series WPC are weighing, raising and extra flat platforms of 4 load cells, specially designed for those places where the cleaning necessities are very important.

The platforms of the series WPC are approved in legal metrology CE-M.

The platforms of the series WPC have been conceived to be used as standard extra flat scale. The wheelbarrows and the pallet truck with its load access the weighing surface through an access ramp of frontal access.

Gas shock absorber mechanism in stainless steel AISI316.

The raising mechanism of the platform WPC allows that two people can raise the platform easily. In this way both the surface of the ground- which normally remains hidden by the scale- and the inferior part of the structure, become accessible. In this way it is possible to clean both the ground and the scale.The ramp is also removable and can be manipulated for its cleaning thanks to two handles.

If the conditions of work allow it, it is possible to leave the scale raised to facilitate the drying of the set. To do so it contains a security bolt to prevent that the scale gets folded accidentally.Once you dry the scale and the working zone the scale can return to its working position putting it down between two people, accompanying it during its entire path.

The load cells and the junction box are kept inside the sides of the scale platform, made by an angle profile, which at the same time act as a structural element of the platform.To guarantee the platform position, four root plates are fixed on ground using anchor bolts, and stoppers are added for the feet of the load cells.

DESIGNED to be fixed on the wallIts structure was conceived to be fixed on the wall, leaving the weighing area at the working height of a user standing straight. The plate is at a height of approximately 700 mm and the hook at one of 1800 mm.Both the plate and the structure of the superior stainless steel polished hook accomplish the necessary neatness terms to weigh alimentary products directly on it.The wall fixing leaves the floor free from any impediment for the cleaning of the area.

DESIGN thought for narrow spacesThis scale is very useful for small spaces thanks to its possibility of folding the plate. In this spaces the plate should be kept folded (it includes a security fixation to prevent an accidental opening of the plate) and open it just when it is necessary to do a calculation of weighing with plate.
