The IL-BTO in-line pump is ideal to meet the stringent require-ments of chemical processing and a multitude of other in-dustries. This robust pump is built for reliability and absolute safety in handling a huge variety of fluids with a high solids content.
Engineered for pumping solids-laden fluids, the IL-BTO fea-tures a non-clog, wear-resistant impeller to transport media with a high solids content safely and reliably through the pump. Due to the vertical in-line design, solid particles in the fluid settle at the bottom of the pump casing when the IL-BTO is not running, keeping them away from the mechanical seal. When the pump is restarted, there are no solid particles around the mechanical seal, thus extending the seal life.
A winning feature of the IL-BTO is its ingenious assembly and disassembly concept. An opening at the bottom provides easy and convenient access to remove and reassemble all rotating components, except the shaft, while the casing with the motor and bearing frame stays connected to the piping system. This minimises assembly and disassembly time.
With its vertical in-line configuration, the IL-BTO takes up less space than conventionally mounted pumps and can be fitted into any installation easily and inexpensively.
The IL-BTO is especially designed and very robustly con-structed to assure a long service life.

The KTP pump is ideal to meet the stringent requirements of chemical processing and a multitude of other industries. This highly advanced system is built to handle a huge variety of fluids reliably and absolutely safely.
Designed as a cantilever pump for use in combination with an injector or as a normal sump, the KTP is generally employed to pump fluid out of a main storage tank through the injector into a feed tank, where the pump is mounted. From there, the KTP pumps the medium into the plant’s piping system.
To provide the required head, the KTP is available as a multi-stage sump pump. Having no moving wear parts, the injector is completely maintenance-free.
Combined with an injector, the KTP achieves suction lifts up to 10 m and is successfully used in installations with low NPSH.

The ZMP grinder pump is ideal to meet the stringent require-ments of chemical processing and a multitude of other indus-tries. This highly advanced pump is built for reliability and absolute safety in handling a huge variety of fluids with a high solids content.
Capable of far more than an ordinary feed pump, the ZMP grinds, chops, macerates, mixes and pumps multiphase media all at the same time. The core of the ZMP is the rotor mounted at an oblique angle on the shaft. When the pump is running, the angled rotor creates a tumbling motion that accelerates the medium in both an axial and radial direction, thoroughly mixing the material being pumped. Rotation of the rotor simul-taneously generates a centrifugal force that pumps the me-dium radially through the casing liner and finally discharges it through the outlet.
Teeth on the rotor and casing liner reduce the solids in the medium to a defined maximum particle size. Slots and holes allow both coarse suspensions to be pumped and soft parti-cles to be broken up. Customised casing liners are available to reduce solids to the required size.
