St. Patrick
• St. Patrick was born sometime between 300 and 400 AD
• He was born in Roman Britain

• When he was 16-years-old he was kidnapped and taken to Ireland
• He worked as a shepherd for 6 years and found God

• God told Patrick to run to the coast, where a ship would be waiting for him
• A ship was there, and he went home

• Patrick later came back to Ireland and helped many people, and even banished all snakes
• He died in Ireland on March 17, the day that would become St. Patrick’s Day
