Transcript of St. Modwen - Regeneration through retail
regeneration through retail
St. Modwen is the UK’s leading regeneration
specialist, operating across the full spectrum of the
property industry through a network of seven regional
offices and a Birmingham-based head office.
Our projects act as the catalyst for wide scale,
comprehensive regeneration in the areas that need
it most, bringing investment, growth and creating a
better environment for businesses, organisations and
the community to share in.
Retail plays a strong part in successful regeneration
and is integral to a number of our schemes. We have
over 20 retail sites, 16 town centre projects and a
retail portfolio comprising over 5 million sq ft.
Our strong retail development pipeline includes a mix
of town centres, high streets, shopping malls, district
centres, out of town retail parks and complementary
retail for office and residential led sites.
The following showcases a series of our key retail
projects across the UK, split by District Centres,
Town Centres, Mixed Use and Shopping Centres.
