Our parish community is on its 15th year of its 2-WEEK OF FEEDING AND SHELTERING approximately 160-180 home-less people each night from FEBRUARY 4-17, 2013. They come from different areas in the East San Gabriel Valley. As baptized Catholics Jesus has called us to feed and clothe the poor (Mt 25:35-40). Different groups and ministries of St. Mar-tha's Parish and neighboring churches are sponsoring one eve-ning to feed them with dinner and provide them with sack lunches on their way out each morning. Your help and support are very much needed. Please support us by bringing any of the following items/donations: FOOD GROUP - Rice/ Pasta/ Noodles, Coffee (Regular & Decaf in cans for brewing) Tea bags (regular and decaf), Sugar and creamer (in canisters), Boxes of Cereal (small), Fruits/Small Juices/Water/Dinner Rolls/Muffins. OLD PALMS BURNING RITUAL

All parishioners are asked to bring your old palms that we used during last year’s Palm Sunday celebration and please deposit them on the barrel located at the vestibule, as this will be used for Palm Burning Ritual on Feb. 3 after the 5pm Life Teen Mass. The ashes from these palms will be used for Ash Wednesday. Everyone is invited to witness the Palm Burning Ritual and Prayer.

Ash Wednesday February 13, 2013 PARKING Instructions

February 13th, 2013 our Lenten Journey begins. Please be aware that in the evening of Ash Wednesday there will be a different system in place to enter and exit our parking lot. Due to the great number of cars coming in and going out of our lot, we will make some adaptations to facilitate the traf-fic flow.

• The change will be from 4:30 pm onward. • The Azusa ENTRANCE/EXIT between the church and rectory will be CLOSED. • The only way to ENTER will be from the Temple gateway. • The only way to EXIT will be from the Azusa gateway on side of rectory.

Mass Services schedule for Ash Wenesday

Masses will be at: 6:30 am; 8:00 am; 10:30 am; All masses are bilingual except the 10:30 am School Mass.

Services in the Church will be at: 12 noon; 1:00 pm; 2:00 pm; 2:45 pm; 3:30 pm; 4:15 pm; and 5:00 pm.

Services in the Church and the Hall: Services every half hour from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

Instrucciones de ESTACIONAMIENTO

El 13 de Febrero del 2013, nuestra jornada de Cuaresma empieza. Por favor estén al tanto de que el Miércoles de Ceniza por la tarde habrá un sistema diferente para entrar y salir de nuestro estacionamiento. Por la razón de que habrán tantos carros entrando y saliendo de nuestro estacionamiento, haremos algunas adaptaciones para facilitar el congestionamiento de trafico.

• Los cambios serán de las 4:30 pm en adelante. • La ENTRADA/SALIDA por la Azusa entre el templo y la rectoría estará CERRADA. • La única forma de ENTRAR será por la entrada de la calle Temple. • La única forma de SALIR será por la salida de la calle Azusa al lado de la Rectoría.

Horario de Servicios Miércoles de Ceniza

Misas serán a las: 6:30 am; 8:00 am; 10:30 am. Todas las misas son bilingüe a excepción de la Misa

de la Escuela a las 10:30 am.

Servicios en la Iglesia: 12 pm; 1:00 pm; 2:00 pm; 2:45 pm; 3:30 pm; 4:15 pm; y 5:00 pm.

Servicios son en la Iglesia y en el Salón Parroquial: Los servicios serán cada media hora de

6:30 pm a 9:00 pm.
