Hardware Checking 1. For each cell, choose one location close the BTS. The target Cell
should be in the Light of Sight.2. The following items should be checked approximately:
Antenna Azimuth (Compass needed) Antenna Tilt (Visual)
Note: This test should be repeated for each Sector
If notice Big Configuration Problem such as big antenna deviation on azimuth or tilt, inform Huawei Interface and continue SSV in Another site (Report this in all your reports). Include pictures of site positions and surrounding environment (Two pictures for each sector 0°and 180°) .

Network Checking 1. For 2G Network Check, collect the information below using an
IDLE UE locked in 2G mode : Frequency BCCH BSIC Cell ID LAC/RAC
2. For 3G Network Check, collect the information below using an IDLE UE locked in 3G mode : Frequency Primary Scrambling Code Cell ID LAC/RAC
3. Test 2G -> 3G reselection

Hardware and Network Checking 1. Hardware and Network checking should be made together sector
by sector.2. If the 3 sectors are well configured from the Hardware and
Network information aspects, Test team can start Static Service test.
3. If Test team detects mistakes in the network configuration such as Frequency, BCCH, Scrambling code, Test team should process as follow:i. Contact with Huawei Interface to check if the problem could
be recovered immediately.ii. In case the problem can be solved immediately, Test team
should wait until the problem is recovered by Huawei team. Huawei will notice the test team about the problem recovery.
iii. In case the problem cannot be controlled immediately and will make some delay. Test team should move to another BTS for SSV.

2G Service Static Checking1. For 2G Service Check:
UE1: Mobile originated calls (3 times) Call by Call , Dial UE2 number, call duration 20 seconds and Test interval 15 seconds
UE2: Mobile terminated calls (3 times) called by UE1 UE1: FTP download from the server 10.12.4.5 with UE1 and download
the file 3 times (file size is 1Mbyte) :
2. Test is considered successful if all the voice tests are made successfully. If not, Contact with Huawei Interface in order to find arrangement.
3. Throughput status should be checked carefully, any abnormal event or instable throughput should be reported immediately and noted on the report. During tests, choose a place with good coverage (RxLev>-75, RxQual=0 and CI>18) and make sure that you can get 4 RTSL and MCS9;
4. Test is considered successful is all the data attempts are made successfully and maximum throughput reaches around 200kbps and stays stable around this value. If not, Contact with Huawei Interface in order to find arrangement.
5. Logfile should be saved and transferred to post processing engineer and Huawei team. The Logfile title should follow this format: Date_BTS name_CELLID_2G_Static_number

UE2: AMR terminated call (3 times) UE1: Video originated call (3 times): Call by Call , Dial UE2 number,
call duration 30 seconds and Test interval 15 seconds. UE2: Video terminated call (3 times) UE1: FTP download from server 10.12.4.5 ; file is 1Mbyte
2. Test is considered successful if all the voice and the video tests are made successfully. If not, Contact with Huawei Interface in order to find arrangement.

3G Service Static Checking (2/2)For HSPA Data service static check: HSPA datacard 1: download the file 3 times from the server 10.12.4.5 ;
file size is 10 Mbytes HSPA datacard 1: Upload the file 3 times to the server 10.12.4.5 ; file
size is 3 Mbytes
1. Logfile should be saved and transferred to post processing engineer and Huawei team. The Logfile title should follow this format: Date_NodeB name_CELLID_HSPA_Static_number
2. All PS throughput and statistics MUST be monitored during the test. If throughput is lower than threshold (R99=300kbps, HSDPA=2Mbps, HSUPA=1Mbps) you need to report that to report that to Huawei support team.
3. Test is considered successful is all the data attempts are made successfully. If not, Contact with Huawei Interface in order to find arrangement.

Cluster Verification
General view on main problems to avoid• DO NOT stop recording log file before stopping the test. This will
lead to wrong call drops, wrong session drops, …• MUST put mobile phones and data cards near to the front
window of the car. Special attention to the U6100 which antenna is down and behind, so this mobile must be placed keyboard down.
• MUST include all the problem met during the DT or SSV in the report, this will allow quick and more accurate optimization.
• MUST follow general radio information on probe (radio condition, throughput, delay for reselection, …) report them to Huawei support team, and report them on your reports.
• SSV Reports must be provided, fully completed (including problem encountred during SSV), by 24 hours.
• CV Reports must be provided, fully completed (including problem encountred during CV), by 48 hours.
