A. WHAT HAPPENS AT DEATH?

• The moral cause of death is sin, Rom 5:12; 1 Cor 15:21-22

• The immediate cause of death is nature

• The ultimate cause of death is God, 1 Sam 2:6; Job 14:5; Luke 12:5

Point 2.• After death

there is destiny, because this life is just probation.

Point 3.• Character is formed

by habit; destiny is set by character, so when a soul passes out into eternity it continues to be what it was in time.

CERTAINTIES ABOUT HELL1) Personality is indestructible, so

conscious survival after death is clearly taught in the Bible, Luke 16:19-31; 2 Cor 5:8; Phil 1:23; Heb 12:22-23; Rev 6:9-10

2) All who die outside of Christ go to Hell, Acts 4:12

3) Hell is a place of conscious torment which time can never end, and tears can never quench, Luke 3:23-25,28; 2 Pet 2:9
