SSI Dynamics

1 Receive Daily Demand Report

Every weekday, SSI sends Daily Demand Report at [email protected]

Demands are sends for China, Korea, and Japan, but the team only sends for China and Korea.

Sending for Japan is handled by the ECNavi Team.

3 Confirmation and Email Confirmation

After clicking "Confirm," confirmation page appears

Reminder: "ABORT" all the publications of the previous day when the status is still "Ongoing"

Once you have setup all quotas, Click "START" of all the publications of the day

If there is any mistake with the publication, you will not be able to edit it. Just take note of the Publicat

Adjusting Number of Completes Per Cell

To Setup, go to Triple S >> IR Checker

Steps

1. Choose the panel type (91 wenwen for China or Panelnow for Korea)

2. Input the following:

Sex, Age, Type (SSI), Completes, (as indicated on the demand report and after you

have adjusted the number of completess)

Title and Incentive will be automatically filled out when SSI is selected

Enquete period

From: Date Today

To: Date two days after (if you're setting up on Friday, choose date on Tuesday)

> Publication start and end time starts at 12:00 AM.

Meaning if end date is set at 2012, 03, 02 -- 2012, 03, 05 this means

publication will start at 2012, 03, 02 (12:00 AM) -- 2012, 03, 05 (12:00 AM)

Aside from the daily update, we also need to do WEEKLY UPDATE on SFA every Monday Afternoon

Inclusion Dates: From 1st to Last Sunday of the current month

Example: We need to update on April 23 (Monday), so we need to update SFA based on counts from A

A. Go To SFA Dynamics opportunity.

Based on example below, latest update was made from April 1-15

We just need to know the counts on April 16-22

B. Check update on SSI website

Start and End Dates: Must be April 16 to April 22

Therefore, we need to add $1,013.30 on the current SFA opportunity.

C. Update SFA accordingly> Just add $1,013.30 on cells with Sales Amount, and just 1,013 for other cells.

LATEST UPDATE: April 1 - April 15 2,520.00
