of $10 million

• LISC has invested $10 billion into 3,000 local economic development groups

• LISC has funneled as much as $1 Billion a year in grants, loans, and equity investments into their projects.

Major North-South Greenway - Former rail line now thrives in more developed neighborhoods

Social justice – two CDC’s and several nonprofits addressing these issues separately

Leverage – some reinvestment projects already underway
