From a regional perspecve, improving transportaon is a priority issue for South Sound residents, second only to affordability. Developing a regionally focused Transportaon Management Associaon (TMA) and implemenng regional Transportaon Demand Management (TDM) could alleviate that issue, make space for other innovaons, and potenally promote connued regional collaboraon around transpor- taon and economic development.
