5. Widening of Faridabad-Gurgaon road is being done and is in advanced stage.

6. Good Road and Train connectivity is already in place.

7. There is good, reliable and cheap public transport facility in alost all part of Faridabad.

8. IMT (Industrial Model Township) is proposed on line of Manesar in Gurgaon. Land acquisition is already done for this.
