Srishaila Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is an organization who specializes in handling Marine and Infrastructure Projects. We have the

Technical and Financial capability to execute following types of works:-

•Bored cast in situ piles using both Hydraulic and Conventional Piling Rigs.

•Sheet piling works using Vibro Hammers.

•Marine Structures resting on Diaphragm Wall/Pile Foundation using End on Method of Gantry and Pontoon Piling.

•Civil and Industrial Foundation and Structures.

We have worked with some of the most recognized and respected companies in India and have successfully executed many Harbour Projects

for Government of India, Ministry of Shipping and Transport and also for many Construction Companies such as L & T ECC, Shapoorji

Pallonji & Co. Ltd, Gammon India Ltd and Marg Ltd etc., to name a few.

We have also constructed numerous soil retaining structures such as Diaphragm Wall, Touch Piles, Sheet Piles and Pile Foundation for

Commercial structures. Some of the commercial structures for which we have executed Pile Foundation works include Hotels, Software

Parks in Chennai, Bangalore and Goa. We have worked with various reputed builders such as Salarpuria, Embassy Group, Vishranti Homes,

Puravankara Projects and Keppal Puravankara Ltd.

The company is headed by the following Directors on Board having vast experience in Infrastructure, Marine and Pile Foundation Works.

Mr. Rajendra.P – Managing Director

Mr. Rajendra.P worked with AFCONS and Navayuga Engineering Company Ltd. Working with AFCONS he has executed works for Rihand

Rail and Road Bridges.

Mr. P.R.K.V Nagendra Rao – Executive Director

Mr. P.R.K.V Nagendra Rao worked in Government of India, Ministry of Shipping and Transport for over a period of 30 years in various

capacities in Visakhapatnam Port Trust (VPT), Mormugoa Port Trust (MGPT), Hindustan Shipyard Ltd., (HSL), Andaman and Lakshadweep

Harbour Works (ALHW) and Dredging Corporation of India (DCI), National Projects Construction Corporation Ltd (NPCC) as General

Manager (Southern Region). He has vast experience in Project Planning, Design, Resource Management and execution of Marine

Construction such as Jetties, Wharfs, Breakwaters, Dry docks and Slipways Dredging etc., in various major and minor Ports.

3. Mr. P.V.R.S.V Kumar – Project Director

Before joining M/s Srishaila Constructions Pvt. Ltd., as Project Director, Mr. P.V.R.S.V Kumar has worked with Government of India,

Ministry of Shipping and Transport, Dredging Corporation and Corporate Sector for over 36 years, he has vast experience in Construction of

Marine Structures such as Jetties, Wharfs, Break Water, Dry Docks, Slip Way and Heavy Foundation for Industrial Structures and

Development of Town Ships and Stadiums across the length and breadth of the country.

We have dedicated, well qualified and experienced Senior Site Engineers, Junior Engineers and Supervisors. We also have site foreman to

handle the Pilling gantry and various equipments in the sites. We have dedicated safety supervisors and quantity control supervisors to

give the needful assistance in the various projects. We have a pool of over 300 skilled workers experienced in pile foundation and marine

structures at various sites.

The capability of the staff members employed by us can be seen through the quality of work executed by us in various projects across

India. We have successfully executed the construction of an Open Sea Jetty for Ministry of Shipping, Government of India at the Southern

tip of Lakshadweep Islands at Minicoy, where the swells and waves were more than 7m above sea level in cyclonic times.
